Coaching

I usually suggest a series of 5 sessions, each lasting around 60-75 minutes. Sessions are relaxed and conversational, yet often highly impactful.

Individual sessions can take place in person, via zoom or phone or even as a walk and talk session. The client is free to decide what works best for them.

If you are experiencing a particular issue which you would like to resolve or are feeling stuck, or if you want an introduction to this understanding, a six-session series would be ideal.

The cost is £250 for the series. Individual  sessions are priced at £60.

Executive Coaching for Leaders

In addition to my coaching experience I have been involved in organisational leadership as a business owner, a judicial manager and a board member over many years. This coaching is ideal for anyone who wants an independent yet experienced professional on their team. Individual sessions and ongoing relationship are both available.

Mentoring
